PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER
All TropiGold Naturals products are for external use only unless expressly stated otherwise. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You acknowledge that natural and essential oil products may cause sensitivity or allergic reactions and agree to perform a patch test prior to full use.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many TropiGold Naturals products are custom blended and made at the time of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & INSURANCE
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
TropiGold Naturals is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final except where required by California law.
Unopened items may be eligible for return only if the product is materially defective or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery, and approved in writing prior to return.
INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TropiGold Naturals, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
Your purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use any product;
Allergic reactions or sensitivities;
Failure to review ingredients or instructions;
Improper handling or storage;
Shipping issues after transfer to the carrier;
Violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TropiGold Naturals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
CALIFORNIA CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided under California consumer protection laws.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

TropiGold Naturals – Return & Refund Policy

At TropiGold Naturals, all products are handcrafted with care and often made to order. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the personal and nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, except as expressly stated below.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS (NO REFUNDS)
All custom blends, personalized scents, and made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer at the time of purchase.
Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, even if the product has not yet shipped.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety concerns.
This policy complies with California law regarding custom-made and perishable personal care goods.
DAMAGED ITEMS & SHIPPING INSURANCE
TropiGold Naturals is not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance at checkout.
If shipping insurance is purchased and your item arrives damaged, all claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier, not TropiGold Naturals.
We do not replace or refund items damaged in transit unless required by law.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
TropiGold Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Shipping insurance is the customer’s responsibility and sole remedy for these situations.
RETURNS (LIMITED EXCEPTIONS)
We do not accept returns of opened or used products.
In rare circumstances, unopened products may be returned only if:
The item was materially different from what was ordered, and
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, and
The product remains unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Any approved return requires written authorization from TropiGold Naturals prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase. TropiGold Naturals is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test before full use.
